I had my first laser hair removal session with Patricia today. Let me start by saying I was so nervous and anxious because I didn’t know what to expect. Patricia made sure I felt comfortable and explained everything step by step, and it went so well that I barely felt any pain, and it was fast. I’m excited to see the results!

My esthetician Yuliya greeted me promptly, and escorted me to my room, where'd I'd be serviced. She explained the process of what would take place, went into detail in reference to my skin type, as well the post care instructions. The overall process took approximately 30 minutes and was painless. The professionalism and knowledge about the offered services was amazing.

I’ve been getting facials with Asia, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She’s super chill, easy to talk to, and always makes the session enjoyable. What I really appreciate is how she listens to my concerns and customizes my treatments based on how my skin looks that day. She takes the time to explain her recommendations and the reasons behind them, which makes me feel confident and comfortable with the process. Patricia is great!! I go to her for laser and she is always very nice and makes sure you are comfortable. She’ll also talk to you the whole time to distract you from the laser which is nice lol. Definitely recommend

Merrielle was amazing, she explained everything thoroughly and made me feel so comfortable. The laser hair removal on my underarms was completely painless and finished in under 30 minutes. Such a smooth and positive experience from start to finish!
