My girl Asia is the GOAT! She is extremely professional, sweet, and always takes the time to educate you about your service and what your skin needs. I felt comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. If you’re booking, make sure you ask for Asia at the Plainfield location—you won’t regret it!

My esthetician Yuliya greeted me promptly, and escorted me to my room, where'd I'd be serviced. She explained the process of what would take place, went into detail in reference to my skin type, as well the post care instructions. The overall process took approximately 30 minutes and was painless. The professionalism and knowledge about the offered services was amazing.

Andrea at the front desk was so helpful in setting up a payment plan/package for laser hair removal that allows me to get 10 sessions at an incredible price! And Jasmine was incredibly informative, efficient, and warm during my session. So happy I decided to finally do laser hair removal and that I found Rewind Bar!! ** Adding to my previous review to include Asia! I won a free facial and experienced getting one for the first time today. And wow have I been missing out. So glad someone with as much experience as Asia was able to do it. I couldn’t believe how amazing it was. I will definitely be bringing others to book with her again.

I’ve been getting facials with Asia, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She’s super chill, easy to talk to, and always makes the session enjoyable. What I really appreciate is how she listens to my concerns and customizes my treatments based on how my skin looks that day. She takes the time to explain her recommendations and the reasons behind them, which makes me feel confident and comfortable with the process. Every appointment feels relaxing and fun, and my skin always looks healthy and hydrating afterwards.

Last Saturday I received the most amazing facial and was greeted with the best customer care, my facial experience was so relaxing and pleasant Asia, gave me a lot of insight on skin care routine as well as products for my skin. Been considering laser hair removal for years and finally decided to invest in myself. After lots of research I found Rewind Bar. Although it was more expensive than what I had hoped my results are fantastic so far and I’m only half way through my treatments. My only suggestion is to make sure you know what area is getting lasered when you pay. I got a Brazilian and was shocked to find out it does NOT include your butt crack… That’s a seperate cost just for that small area. Besides that my technician Patricia has a very real demeanor and makes me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend her. After these laser hair treatments are completed I might get the Radio Frequency microneedling treatments. She did explain the other services they do there and trust me they do it all! Not too pushy which I really can’t stand but I was appreciative of the information she gave me to consider. Staff is very nice and informative and they’re very accommodating with scheduling. 9/10 would recommend

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Andrea, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the different packages they offer. I am a huge fan of their Brightening Facials and Aqua Facials done by Asia each time. Asia has made me feel so welcomed, the calm environment of her room to the facial itself, everything was perfect .
