I had a great experience at my laser appointment. Patricia was excellent, very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was at ease. I was also warmly welcomed by Janaya and Shakira when I arrived, which really set a positive tone for the visit. Their friendliness and kindness made the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place!
