I do deliveries in the area and have been delivering to Rewind Bar, even before having to use their service their staff was extremely friendly and courteous. One of the few places you want to walk into and just have a pick me up of friendliness, not that I'm saying to do so 😀. Doing deliveries we have to walk in and out of our trucks and the back of our trucks where the packages are can be 20 to 30 degrees higher or lower than the outside temps, depending on the season. Yesterday, May 19th, was the first time I've ever felt so dehydrated and lethargic. I was sent messages asking for help and no one was available as we are short staff, so to keep on treking I called Rewind Bar to see if they offered IV hydration and if they were able to fit me in and they made it happen! I've read about IV hydration when it first came out and the science made sense having the nutrients administered directly into your bloodstream and bypassing the GI system. As mentioned the staff is extremely friendly and courteous. The waiting area I was in was clean and comfortable. I had to complete a series of forms on their tablet, Patricia, the RN, asked why I was there while I was completing the forms I explained I felt dehydrated, she recommended in addition to what I was getting a b12 pack which I agreed to and she went to go prepare it. After I was brought into the room, there were 3 recliners in a comfortable room I took a seat and bathe in the ac 😜. Patricia came in and prepped the area and went through the basic checks of blood pressure and temperature. She explained the different types of IV packs and addons. After getting the green light Patricia had set up the IV needle, found the vein and gently got the needle inserted, and I didn't even cry. After the treatment started she made sure I was comfortable and dimmed the lights while I was having my treatment. The treatment itself was about 35 mins or so, after I was done I rang a bell next to me and Patricia can in and remove the IV painlessly ❤️. The effects was almost immediate my body felt much better, felt more hydrated and less lethargic. I will definitely be signing up for additional packs and would (and already started to) recommend doing this to other drivers, family and friends.
